Nothing you enter into a calculator is submitted anywhere; those tools run entirely in your browser.
How it's used
Your information is used to contact you, to assess options with lenders on your behalf when you ask me to, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed mortgage professionals. It is never sold.
Credit checks
No credit check occurs from browsing this site, using a calculator or submitting an enquiry. A credit check happens only with your express consent, as part of a mortgage application.

This site may use standard analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand which pages and campaigns are useful. These record aggregate behaviour such as pages viewed and where visitors arrived from.

Every calculator on this site produces an illustration for educational purposes only. It is not a mortgage approval, a rate quote, or financial advice. Results depend on interest rates, prepayment penalties, lender guidelines, property valuation, credit, income verification and your full financial situation. Prepayment penalty figures in particular are estimates; your lender's written payout statement is authoritative.
